Position Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects from initiation through completion across our Systems & Payment business unit . This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, reporting, change management, integration activities, and progress tracking for individual projects and larger programs. The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering projects that meet customer expectations and business objectives in the areas of customer satisfaction, financial performance, quality, scheduling, estimation, training and overall execution excellence. In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Product Management and collaborate closely with product managers and product owners to achieve the project goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage new or existing programs and projects for new or existing clients Lead multiple projects and/or workstreams simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Support, Sales & Manufacturing and other cross-functional teams to translate product vision and customer needs into executable project plans. Drive project scoping, governance, process discipline and accountability throughout planning, execution, monitoring and project closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, status reports, and other core project documentation. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, proactive, and transparent communication. Communicate project status, accomplishments, issues, dependencies, and risks effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress, track key metrics and deliverables, and implement corrective actions where needed. Manage project scope, change requests and priorities in alignment with business and customer requirements. Support financial oversight by tracking budgets, forecasts, costs, and program-level financial commitments. Contribute to solution definition by learning and understanding the systems & payment products and their role within the connected ecosystem. Gain sufficient technical understanding to challenge assumptions, validate estimates, assess risks and support implementation decisions. Build strong collaboration across teams and functions to resolve issues, remove blockers, and drive successful outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methods, tools and processes and promote best practices across the organization. Manage conflict constructively, facilitate alignment and support teams through changing priorities and timelines. Qualification & Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent required. 5 years of experience in program or project management, or in a related role supporting technology products and/or services. Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional, customer-facing projects. Project management certifications are preferred. Experience with project management methodologies (SAFe), tools, and reporting practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to groups and senior stakeholders. Fluent in English. Dutch, French and German is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to align project execution with organizational goals. Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Experience in the retail petroleum industry is a plus. Strong understanding of ethical behaviour and business practices, with a commitment to acting consistently with organizational values and standards.
