We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our leadership team. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you’ll be a key partner in keeping our operations running smoothly and enabling the team to focus on strategic growth.
What You’ll Do
Own recruiting logistics: post job ads, schedule interviews, and coordinate applicants Confidently speak with potential candidates and screen for culture fit Manage leadership calendars, calls, and meeting coordination (internal & external) Support onboarding for new hires and clients Keep internal operations and team communications organized and efficient Handle administrative tasks such as invoice follow-ups, research, and travel booking Act as a “force multiplier” for leadership: solve problems, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For
