Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating when appropriate Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty Maintain detailed customer records and case notes in our CRM system Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values
Outbound Sales (BDR):
Conduct outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail leads to introduce our product line Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Research industry contacts and build a pipeline of prospects in the food & beverage market Update CRM with lead details, call outcomes, and communication history Help warm up and nurture early-stage sales opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service, with both inbound and outbound communication Experience in a Business Development, Sales Support, or Lead Generation role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and phone systems (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall) Positive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail and organization Nice to Have
Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or a fast-moving e-commerce brand Understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment and logistics Multilingual or bilingual communication skills
