We are looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of an Accountant (with French)to work with our International Partners.
This activity has a direct impact on customers/partners and on the system and therefore it requires maximum accuracy and proficiency.
The main objective is to ensure that different tasks are properly and timely executed and followed-up in order to ensure the most adequate and fastest recovery process. what you will be doing:
• Ensure end to end control of all the incoming and outgoing payment flows
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all AR related accounting transactions in all the ERP modules (IMX, Navision and Oracle Financials) within defined SLA’s
• Prepare, input, download and reconcile AR related accounting transactions in all the ERP Modules (IMX, Navision and Oracle Financials)
• Establish accounting analysis reports
• Participate to the accounting process improvements
• Be able to cope with specific domains beside AR
• Act as a Financial Back Office and Support team within the defined SLA's: execute and provide accurate feedback to our customers (internal and/or external) for all AR payment related requests from our internal and/or external customers
• Ensure quality checks on the outsourced activities and provide necessary feedback and/or coaching to our external partners to contribute to continuous improvement
• Identify and escalate in due time all AR related issues in order to ensure business continuity

• Experience in accounting / finance
• Customer facing experience
• Proficiency in French and English
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong analytical skills
• Open and responsive to cooperate with colleagues
• Ability to respond positively to changes
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally to the organization
