HR Generalist Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our expanding organization of approximately 115 employees. What You'll Do As our HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle and help ensure smooth HR operations across multiple states. Key Responsibilities
• Process accurate and timely biweekly payroll, preferably using Paychex Flex. • Support day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of approximately 115 employees. • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to create a positive new-hire experience. • Develop, maintain, and coordinate employee training materials and programs. • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and benefits-related resources. • Maintain employee records and HRIS data, including systems such as Employee Navigator. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations across multiple states. • Support OSHA and labor law compliance through proper documentation, reporting, and workplace postings. • Assist with HR projects, policy updates, process improvements, and operational initiatives. • Help foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. • Support organizational growth and change management initiatives. • Assist with recruiting efforts, including applicant review, interview coordination, and initial candidate screenings. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar HR role. • At least 1 year of biweekly payroll processing experience. • Experience supporting HR administration and employee-facing HR functions. • Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative HR team environment. • Knowledge of HR compliance, recordkeeping, and documentation practices. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with payroll, HRIS systems, and employee records. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.84 - $32.20/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
