• Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Must be flexible to work mandatory overtime, including occasional SaturdaysWhat You'll DoResponsibilities include:
• Labeling healthcare kits with patient information • Assembling testing kits by hand • Verifying order accuracy before shipment • Pulling the correct products for each customer order • Creating and applying shipping labels • Scanning packages and tracking shipments through delivery software • Preparing outgoing mail for delivery carriers • Recording and maintaining shipping and inventory records • Supporting fulfillment operations for Medicare and Medicaid-related orders • Following HIPAA regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality of personal information • Assisting in other operational areas, including lab support, when needed • Working closely with team members to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure on-time delivery Required:
• High School Diploma or GED • Strong attention to detail • Reliable attendance and communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly • Comfortable working toward daily production goals Performance Expectations
