Technician (Level I) - Casino Technicians
Job Description: Job Purpose Support the technical needs of the Casino and maintain Slots and Table Games equipment, systems, and hardware on the gaming floor in accordance with preventative maintenance programs and as ad hoc needs arise.
Key Responsibilities • Perform preventative maintenance on all Table Games and Slots equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Install, reconfigure, maintain, repair and update Table Games and Slots equipment and complete projects as required • Assist in Slot and Table games, gaming related systems installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, storage, and safekeeping.
Competencies and Requirements Experience: 3 years Casino experience for Technician II. Knowledge/Certificates: Technical accredited apprenticeship is an advantage. Education: Minimum secondary school diploma or above. Language Ability: Good Cantonese and English reading. Computer Skills: Casino system, Windows programs, and hardware knowledge.
