In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

In this role, you will: • Be responsible for creating and maintaining component data • Work with a variety of components and materials used in military airborne tactical radios • Provide technical leadership to Design Engineers, Purchasing, Quality & Program Managers to resolve component issues regarding obsolescence, technical changes, part shortages or failures • Perform BOM Analysis on new designs • Provide technical support in the resolution of complex commodity issues in a design and manufacturing environment • Create and update documentation needed to support Program requirements Who you are: • You possess good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills (Customers, Peers, Management and Suppliers) • You’re willing to put in the time and effort it takes to get the job done • You are always looking for ways to do things better and faster Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Skills and Education: • Must have a degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline and 4+ years of direct related experience (additional experience can reduce or negate the requirement for a degree) • Knowledge of components used in the Electronics Industry • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work on a cross-functional team • US Citizen

Preferred Skills and Education: • Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Past experience as a Component or Application Engineer • Experience with creating part specifications • Familiar with industry standards (IPC, ASTM, JEDEC)
