This position will also work closely with our Information Security team to ensure network solutions align with and support Simplot security initiatives across our global enterprise application style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create and maintain all system configurations and ensure compliance with any IT architectural guidelines, security policies, and ensuring current system documentation is maintained.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design, install, analyze optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless and wired networks in multivendor environment with a clear understanding of wireless controllers from concept to life cycle management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for network designs involving datacenter, plant operations, security, and cloud access.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work closely with managed service providers to maintain network configurations and resolve issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with network vendors for turn up and testing of new services, problem resolution and support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Shared responsibility for monitoring circuit and network performance, identification of circuit or component failures, plus accurate and timely reporting of issues into a centralized ticketing database.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be able to work in a team environment, collaborating with other global IT departments or business units.</span></li> <li style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Relevant Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 2-5 years related industry experience and/or training.</span></li> <li>Technical Skills/Proficiencies: Networking: TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, VOIP, SIP, IP Trunking, Microsoft Teams Voice, H323, Wireless (802.11x), MPLS (BGP), QOS, UNIX, Linux.</li> <li>Supported Hardware: Juniper & HP Switches/Routers, Aruba, Juniper MIST wireless, Palo Alto firewalls.</li> <li>Tools Juniper MIST, Aruba (AirWave, Clearpass), Juniper Apstra, Panorama, Wire Shark, Sflow, Netflow.</li> <li>IT Service Management: ITIL Framework, CMDB, capacity, service and change management.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Windows (Server, Active Directory, and Domains), Security Principals, Firewall Basics, or Cisco Certifications would be considered a plus.</li> <li>Understanding of Enterprise scale multi-site/country networking environments.</li> <li>Understanding of current and emerging security principles and methods.</li> <li>Understanding of Hybrid Cloud networking security (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, Equinix, Azure, AWS).</li>
