Leverage project management practices to drive toward time-bound milestones and deliverables.</span> </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Develop and present analyses to management (e.g., feasibility, cost/benefit studies, implementation plans). Identify budget and capacity requirements to successfully deliver and support the platform and service products provided by the team.</span> </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Facilitate change management among the team, department, and enterprise, demonstrating personal ownership and support of changes related to self-service analytics and AI capabilities.</span> </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Refine and partner with technology teams to implement approved architecture patterns for self-service analytics and low-code AI and automation solutions created with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
