Required</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Optics, Electronics, or a related technical field.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment focused on technical problem solving.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven experience leading technical teams and influencing engineering organizations across multiple locations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong background in process development, process characterization, product development, and manufacturing optimization.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using statistical analysis, numerical modeling, and first-principles engineering.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent project management skills with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent English, both written and verbal.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education -
