" Position overview: The Product & Tooling Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting regional product engineering and tooling initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on the introduction of new aluminum products, lightweighting programs, and tooling-related capital projects while providing technical expertise in high-speed metal forming processes. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, toolroom, and supplier partners, the position drives product performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across production facilities. Job Grade: Global Grade 10 Work Environment: This role offers flexible work arrangements. Hiring Range: 40,500 – 58,320 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range. Incentive Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
