The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, security, cost efficiency, and enabling data teams through standardized processes and automation. </p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p> <p> </p> <p><p><strong>Platform Administration & Governance </strong></p> <p>• Support the administration of Databricks environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)</p> <p>• Manage user access, roles, and permissions</p> <p>• Support identity provisioning via Azure AD / AWS IAM</p> <p>• Collaborate with cloud teams on connectivity, storage access, and security topics</p> <p><strong>Workspace Operations & Support </strong></p> <p>• Manage access to notebooks, jobs, clusters, and SQL Warehouses </p> <p>• Support cluster configuration and usage policies</p> <p>• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate with support teams</p> <p>• Maintain operational documentation and internal guidelines</p> <p><strong>Data Governance & Security </strong></p> <p>• Support Unity Catalog governance (catalogs, schemas, tables)</p> <p>• Manage access controls and data ownership</p> <p>• Ensure platform security standards and audit readiness </p> <p>• Contribute to compliance and governance processes</p> <p><strong>DevOps & Automation </strong></p> <p>• Support CI/CD processes for Databricks deployments</p> <p>• Participate in automation initiatives using Git-based workflows</p> <p>• Contribute to standard templates and deployment practices</p> <p>• Support lifecycle management across environments</p> <p><strong>Cost & Usage Management </strong></p> <p>• Monitor platform usage and identify optimization opportunities</p> <p>• Support cost tracking and reporting activities</p> <p>• Contribute to tagging and governance practices for cost attribution </p></p> <p> </p> <p><b>YOUR PROFILE:</b></p> <p> </p> <p><p><strong>Formation</strong>:</p> <p>• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field</p> <p><strong>Experience </strong></p> <p>• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Data Plateform Enginner</p> <p>• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and Git-based workflows</p> <p>• Experience working in cloud-based data platforms or DevOps environments is a plus</p> <p><strong>Technical Skills </strong></p> <p>• Experience with Databricks administration (workspace management, access management, clusters, Unity Catalog is a plus)</p> <p>• Knowledge of Azure cloud services (preferred) or other cloud providers</p> <p>• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform is a plus) • Scripting knowledge (Python or Bash is a plus)</p> <p><strong>Certifications (Nice to Have) </strong></p> <p>• Databricks certifications (ex: Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Databricks Platform Administrator)</p> <p>• Cloud certifications such as Azure Data Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent</p> <p><strong>Languages & Soft Skills </strong></p> <p>• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)</p> <p>• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills</p> <p>• Ability to work in a collaborative and international environment </p> <p>• Proactive mindset and structured way of working</p> <p><strong>Technical Profile:</strong> - Databricks Expertise: Deep experience with Unity Catalog, Account Console, and Workspace administration - IaC & Automation: Expert proficiency in Terraform;
