AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) as Team Leader General Ledger RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate General Ledger and related accounting activities within the SSC Manage and develop a team of accounting specialists Ensure accurate, timely and compliant execution of accounting processes and closing activities Drive process standardization, continuous improvement and automation Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Collaborate closely with local Finance teams, Corporate Accounting, Controlling and auditors Monitor KPIs, reporting and overall process performance REQUIREMENTS 4–6+ years of experience in General Ledger, Asset Accounting or Financial Accounting, preferably in an SSC or multinational environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles, fixed asset accounting, internal controls, audit requirements and financial reporting Strong ERP expertise, preferably SAP FI/AA, including journal postings, reconciliations, asset master data, depreciation and closing processes Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Risk-aware and control-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage deadlines under pressure WE OFFER Group accident insurance, private medical insurance, free fruits Flexible working time, home office possibility (60%) International projects, business trips Travel reimbursement Relaxation and fitness room Cafe and restaurant in the office building ABOUT AVL HUNGARY KFT.
