and organizational goals.</p> <p>Provide technical expertise and guidance in electrical system design, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, and optimizing system performance and efficiency.</p> <p>Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and resources while maintaining project profitability.</p> <p>Lead and mentor project teams, including electrical engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.</p> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.</p> <p>Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and safety of electrical installations, conducting inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p>Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address schedule risks and delays to ensure timely project completion and delivery.</p> <p>Administer project contracts, including subcontractor agreements, change orders, and procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.</p> <p>Identify potential project risks, assess their impact and probability, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions, cost overruns, and safety hazards.</p> <p>Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and as-built drawings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, management, and regulatory authorities.</p> <p>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety clients, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a
