Job Overview Support the Advanced Quality Engineering (AQE) team in new product introduction (NPI) and quality improvement activities. The intern will assist with quality data analysis, document preparation, inspections, and problem-solving activities while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Support AQE engineers in NPI and product quality activities. Assist in quality data collection, analysis, and reporting. Review and maintain quality-related documents and records. Support inspection activities and verification of engineering samples. Assist with problem-solving and corrective action activities. Read and interpret engineering drawings under guidance. Complete other quality-related tasks assigned by the supervisor. What your background should look like Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Science, or related disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of statistics; familiarity with Minitab is preferred. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Basic understanding of quality tools and manufacturing processes is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude. Strong data analysis mindset.
