<p><strong>At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. </strong></p> <p></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>Assists with basic office tasks and clerical duties, supporting day-to-day office functions and administrative requirements.</p> <p><strong>This is not a remote role.</strong></p> <p>Required in office at least 3 days a week.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Support the Lenel OnGuard cardkey system across 41 U.S. buildings and 8 China<strong> </strong>buildings, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Managing card readers</li> <li>Administering cardholders (card programming and maintenance)</li> <li>Programming door access</li> <li>Monitoring and managing alarms</li> <li>Adding and maintaining OnGuard system users</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style:none"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Manage system maps, card designs, and access configurations, including holidays and time zone schedules.</li> <li>Provide training and onboarding support for new OnGuard system users.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Troubleshoot card reader malfunctions and coordinate resolution with internal maintenance teams or external vendors.</li> <li>Enter work orders for required repairs and coordinate the ordering of necessary supplies and materials.</li> <li>Generate and maintain various reports, including HR‑approved reports and emergency evacuation reports for the Fulling Mill Road and Fremont, CA sites as situations arise.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style:none"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Run two daily occupancy count reports covering a total of 16 buildings for management review.</li> <li>Perform daily reviews of the HR termination list and TEIS per‑call list to ensure timely badge deactivation.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Learn and perform multiple data entry processes while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the <strong>Operations Center team</strong> as needed.</li> <li>Provide <strong>24/7 on‑call support</strong>, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Removing card access during emergency situations</li> <li>Responding to down card readers</li> <li>Managing door programming issues</li> </ul> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience.
