Your Tasks- What You can expect as Deputy Manager - Technology Development • Execute day to day operations within the department and ensure seamless workflow. • Product design as per customer requirements ( UV inks & Coating ). • Lab testing to ensure quality parameters. • Formulation set up. • Formulation creation in SAP. • Industrialization. • SLOB / Inventory management. • Cost optimization in existing formulation. • Collaboration with cross functional teams ( TD, AT, Production, QC) Your Profile- What do You bring as Deputy Manager - Technology Development . • Good communication & interpersonal skills • Min. 5+ years of comprehensive experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.) • Qualification _ MSc (Chemistry)
