- What do You bring as Automation Engineer Lead the the automation in production process such as a dosing, high-shear mixing/blending, liquid dispensing, and etc.
- Troubleshooting & Reliability: Provide root cause analysis for control system failures to minimize operational downtime and maintain process stability Process Optimization: Develop automation process and monitoring as a part of continuous improvement.
- What You can expect as Automation Engineer Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in PLC programming, including Siemens S7-1200/1500, OMRON, and other similar platform Strong understanding of field instrumentation and instrumentation selection Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
- Knowledge of Batch Processing Systems will be considered an advantage.
- Experienced in dosing and dispensing systems, pump control systems, and load cell-based weighing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of initiative for continuous improvement and the ability to collaborate effectively with users and cross-functional teams.
