Core responsibilities - Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. - Support performance management, goal setting, coaching, and development planning. - Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance. - Drive talent acquisition support, onboarding effectiveness, and retention initiatives. - Partner on compensation, job architecture, and rewards decisions to ensure internal equity and market alignment. - Guide change management, communication planning, and culture initiatives. - Use HR metrics to identify trends, recommend actions, and measure impact. - Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
