Core Responsibilities - Map current-state processes, identify root causes, and define target-state workflows. - Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Support solution design with product, engineering, data, and operations stakeholders. - Analyze operational and product metrics; build dashboards and reports to track impact. - Coordinate pilots, UAT, and change management activities; capture feedback and iterate. - Develop SOPs, training materials, and communications to enable adoption. - Contribute to continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and governance. - Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines; provide clear status updates to leadership. Required Skills - Business analysis: process mapping, requirements elicitation, documentation. - Data literacy: KPI definition, basic analytics, reporting (e.g., Excel/Sheets, BI tools). - Technical fluency: understanding of systems, integrations, and SDLC/Agile delivery. - Stakeholder management: cross-functional collaboration and communication. - Problem solving: structured thinking, root-cause analysis, prioritization.
