As a Crewing Officer within our Ship Management Department in Rotterdam, you are responsible for planning and coordinating the crew for our global fleet. From trailing suction hopper dredgers and cutter suction dredgers to offshore installation vessels and fall pipe vessels, our ships operate on projects across the world. You ensure that every vessel is staffed efficiently while balancing operational requirements, crew availability and changing project demands. Working in a dynamic, project-driven environment, you keep the bigger picture in mind while managing the many details that make successful crew planning possible. You will become part of the Crew team within the Ship Management Department. Together with more than 20 colleagues, you ensure that our vessels are staffed with qualified professionals across our worldwide operations. The team is international, collaborative and committed to supporting both our business and our seafarers. You'll work closely with colleagues across departments while enjoying the variety and dynamics that come with a global maritime organisation. As the link between our vessels, crew members and internal stakeholders, you make sure our operations can continue safely and efficiently.
