Here's what your journey will look like: - Gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and training and development. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Participate in employee engagement activities and events. - Help with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics. - Collaborate on projects related to talent management and development. - Provide project management support to the HR team on talent, culture, and engagement.
