Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Data scientist Business Banking NL Role purpose: Apply advanced analytics and data science to improve decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes within Business Banking in the Netherlands. - Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and descriptive models to support business banking use cases (e.g., credit risk, customer insights, pricing, churn, fraud, or process optimization). - Translate business questions into analytical approaches; define hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment designs. - Prepare and engineer data features from multiple sources; ensure data quality, lineage, and reproducibility. - Communicate insights through clear storytelling, dashboards, and model documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with product owners, engineers, analysts, and risk/compliance partners to operationalize solutions. - Monitor model performance, manage model drift, and drive continuous improvement. Required skills and qualifications - Strong experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling. - Proficiency in Python and/or R; SQL for data extraction and analysis. - Experience with model lifecycle practices: validation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation. - Knowledge of banking domain topics such as credit risk, customer analytics, and regulatory constraints is preferred. - Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
