As Transformation Director / Programme Director, you will be responsible during this temporary assignment for steering and overseeing key insurance-related transformation initiatives within Ecclesia. Your focus will be on change within IT, Data and Project & Change, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, insurance operations and execution. You will operate in a complex insurance environment where processes, data, systems and regulatory requirements are closely interconnected. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, (higher) management and operational teams to ensure structured delivery of transformation programmes that directly impact insurance operations and client processes.
