Then this could be the perfect job for you. What are you going to do? As an Assembly Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal constructions based on technical drawings. You ensure that all components are accurately built and finished according to quality standards. You take ownership of your work, contribute ideas for improvements, and work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth production process. Your Responsibilities - Assemble metal constructions based on technical drawings - Perform welding activities (such as MIG/MAG welding) - Inspect your work for dimensions, accuracy, and quality - Follow clear work instructions and production processes - Contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency - Work closely with colleagues within the production team - Start in a position with the prospect of a permanent contract What do we offer? - A gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,300, based on full-time employment, above the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement and negotiable depending on knowledge and experience - Employment conditions according to the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement - 8.33% holiday allowance - 25 vacation days per year - Additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days according to company arrangements - Pension accrual from your first working day - Access to the Adecco Academy for training and development opportunities - Long-term career prospects within a growing international company Where will you work?
