As a delivery driver parcel at DHL Express, you play a vital role in ensuring that parcels reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. Operating from the depot in Nieuw-Vennep, you'll be the face of DHL for both business and private customers, delivering excellent service with every stop. With no weekend shifts and a predictable schedule, this role offers a great work-life balance while allowing you to work independently on the road. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering 50 to 80 parcels per day to both business and private customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. - Loading your delivery van independently and organizing shipments for maximum efficiency. - Planning and navigating your route using a route-planning app, with full support during onboarding. - Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along your route as needed. - Providing friendly and professional customer service during every delivery interaction.
