About this role
Beschrijving You start your shift with a briefing with your colleagues. Together you discuss the day ahead. How many check-ins are planned? Do any guests have special requests? You also exchange ideas on how to create little surprises to make our guests feel even more at home. After the briefing, you take a tour of the property. You make sure everything looks perfect and report any technical issues if needed. On the way, you stop by housekeeping for a quick chat and a coffee, while checking which rooms will be cleaned that day. Back at the front desk, you assist wherever you are needed. Maybe you help welcome early arrivals, prepare for guest amenities, or update guest information. Just when you think you have a moment to breathe, you notice new reviews waiting for your attention, and you respond with care and a personal touch.
