The team In your job as a customer service specialist via YoungCapital, you'll be a part of is the Client Services & Order Desk at the Saxo Bank team in Amsterdam - your colleagues are brokers and client service representatives. They help private and business clients in the Netherlands and Germany. This is why it is important that you are fluent in German (C1 level) . This team has one mission: to increase Net Promoter Scores and provide excellent customer service regarding investment products.
