We are seeking candidates who have an excellent command of the German language, good listening skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with our customers. We are proud to work with one of the largest telecom brands in the Netherlands. This role involves providing service to ensure that their customers receive assistance with claims in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phone or gadget.
