The Role As Business Controller, you sit at the intersection of finance and commercial operations. Your job is to turn data into insight and insight into action, supporting our traders, management team and CFO with the analysis, models and reports they need to make better decisions. Your focus is business controlling: performance reporting, planning and control cycles, scenario modelling and commercial analysis. About the role and key responsibilities What You Will Do Business partnering & performance reporting - Deliver clear, actionable management reports and KPI analyses used by the CFO, management team and traders. - Act as a sparring partner supporting management, traders and colleagues on financial questions. - Translate trading data into commercial insights: margins, deal performance, risk exposures, and communicate them in a way the business can act on.
