About this role
As an experienced orbital welder, you play a key role in developing and producing prototypes and initial production runs. You work closely with engineers to evaluate new designs, determine the correct welding method, and apply it directly in the cleanroom production area. Your craftsmanship sets the standard for the rest of the production process. Thanks to your technical insight, designs are elevated to a higher level even before they reach the production line. This role isn’t just about welding. It’s an opportunity to work daily with the latest technologies such as welding robots, cobots, lasers, and 3D printers. You bring knowledge and experience as an orbital welder perhaps also as a TIG welder or fabrication technician and you know better than anyone how to read technical drawings and translate them into top-quality work. Your structured working style, digital skills, and eagerness to learn make a real difference in a production environment where innovation is the standard.
