Based on these partnerships, you drive the development of the grocery category consumer proposition and define business requirements that shape the P&T roadmap, while driving the adoption of agentic category management. You work cross-functionally with Local Account Management, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and Logistics teams. You will also own/contribute to capability-building programs to support the global strategy and local teams. You are a confident and thoughtful communicator, able to turn solid, data-driven insights into real-world impact through others. You possess a high level of energy, which can be used to inspire and influence multiple stakeholders towards making change. You are genuinely passionate about the future of on-demand grocery and excited about building something from the ground up as part of a global team.
