Junior Researcher in Supply Chain Resilience Junior researcher Junior Researcher in Supply Chain Resilience We are looking for a junior researcher to join the research team of two TKI Dinalog-funded projects on supply chain resilience, carried out jointly by Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and the University of Groningen with a consortium of industry partners. The projects investigate how companies align resilience strategies with working capital management and environmental sustainability. The junior researcher works mainly on the qualitative part of the research. This includes oragnising, conducting and transcribing interviews, analysing resulting case study data, contributing to the writing of scientific manuscripts, and preparing conference submissions. The role requires coordinating with team members across both universities and consortium partners. Tasks: • Conduct semi-structured interviews. • Collect, organise and analyse data (interviews, observations, documentation). • Contribute to writing scientific manuscripts and submitting them to relevant conferences. • Coordinate research activities across universities and consortium members. • Support workshops and dissemination activities.
