About the Role As an MFS Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering maintenance, technical support, and supervision for both aeroderivative and heavy-duty gas turbines. You will be involved in installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing gas turbines at customer facilities across the globe - both onshore and offshore. Depending on the project scope, you may also take responsibility for coordinating and supervising contracted crews on site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You will start your journey with comprehensive training and coaching at our headquarters in the Netherlands, complemented by hands-on guidance from experienced colleagues in the field. This combination of structured training and practical learning reflects how MFS develops its engineers and builds long-term expertise. After completing your training period, you can expect to spend approximately 70% of your time working internationally.
