You'll assemble mix packages, ensure quality standards are met, and support the supervisor in daily operations. Your day-to-day will include checking and sorting incoming goods using detailed checklists, placing pallets in the warehouse using reach trucks and scanners, and picking orders with pick-to-light systems. You'll be hands-on in both individual and team tasks, always looking for ways to boost efficiency and motivate your colleagues. You'll also help coach and develop your team, sharing your logistics know-how to raise everyone’s game. The working environment is a bustling warehouse, where you’ll work flexible shifts, including evenings and some Saturdays, according to a set schedule.
