Warehouse Coördinator | English speaking Locatie Moerdijk Werkweek 36 - 40 Salaris indicatie For our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you'll combine leadership with operational responsibilities, ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently and according to plan. You'll support your team on the work floor, solve operational challenges and help achieve daily performance targets. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for both operational and coordinating tasks, including: - Supervising a team of up to 20 warehouse employees. - Assigning daily tasks and monitoring work progress. - Training, coaching and supporting warehouse employees. - Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements. - Ensuring daily operational targets are achieved. - Cross-training employees across different warehouse activities. - Loading and unloading trailers using internal transport equipment. - Checking incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity. - Sorting and storing pallets in the correct warehouse locations. - Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment. - Preparing and labelling shipments according to company standards. - Inspecting goods and packaging for damage. - Reporting damaged goods, inventory issues or unsafe situations to the Warehouse Team Leader. - Operating internal transport equipment safely and responsibly. - Monitoring health and safety procedures on the warehouse floor. - Acting as an Emergency Response Officer (ERO/BHV) after completing the required training. - Maintaining a clean, safe and organized workplace. - Managing part of the warehouse operation and supporting continuous improvement.
