Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate thrives on data, understands audience targeting, and has a proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and emerging ad networks. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform ad strategy. Allocate and manage budgets, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI. Collaborate with creative teams to test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for maximum conversion impact. Provide clear and concise reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist, ideally in an agency setting. Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms. Proven experience managing budgets of $50K+/month and scaling campaigns effectively. Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and tracking tools (GA4, UTM, Pixels, etc.). Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or performance-based campaigns. Familiarity with third-party tools (e.g., Hyros, Triple Whale, Supermetrics). Basic knowledge of CRO, copywriting, and creative briefing. Benefits
