About this role
Operating the CNC and saw machines. Detecting and reporting machine malfunctions. Checking the quality of the profiles to be produced and verifying the dimensions and correct milling of finished profiles. Assembling and adjusting cutting tools, positioning and securing workpieces, and setting machining parameters (such as speed, progress, feed, and lubrication). Performing preventive and corrective basic maintenance on machines and equipment. Starting up and monitoring the production process (including pre-production and series production). Cleaning and packaging the finished materials. You speak very good Dutch or English. You have an A2 diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience. You have experience in the production of aluminum and PVC windows and doors. You have excellent knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Camplus is a plus. You are results-oriented and have an eye for technical details, quality, and precision. You are flexible and work both independently and efficiently.
