About this role

What you will do You will… join a team doing research in wireless communication systems and algorithms. model and optimize end-to-end physical-layer performance, hardware non-idealities, and overall power consumption. focus primarily on space and security topics (satellite communications, reliable links with low intercept probability from advanced MIMO/beamforming solutions). contribute to the design of transceiver architectures in cross-disciplinary teams. lead and execute (funded) projects. publish in relevant journals and present our work at conferences. Who you are You have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent through work experience in electronics or a related field. You have 5+ years of experience in Wireless DSP and have extensive knowledge of communication systems. You are fluent in MATLAB or Python. You are able and willing to obtain Security Clearance (National, EU, NATO) – a mandatory requirement for this role. Having any of the following skills is a bonus: You have experience with project management. You have experience in radar or joint communication and sensing. You have experience in ASIC architectures, modelling in SystemC, or building demonstrators.
