*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled licensed Pharmacist in Canada to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to patients.
*Responsibilities* - Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently - Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications - Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles - Educate patients on medication use and possible side effects
*Qualifications* - Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program - *Active pharmacist license in Ontario, Canada* - Experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred - Proficiency in medical terminology and medication administration - Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment is a plus - Strong commitment to patient care and safety

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
