DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee team and assign tasks to best meet guest needs
• Assist in training Guest Services employees to ensure the highest level of service
• Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines
• Achieve objectives set forth by the Guest Services Manager/Assistant Manager
• Acts as the central point of contact for all guest/operational issues during shift
• Administer coaching and counseling actions when needed
• Promote a healthy, safe, and hazard-free work environment
• Report any departmental needs to the Guest Services Manager/Assistant Manager
• Perform the duties of a team member in their absence as needed or required
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or GED
• Willing and able to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or similar programs
• Able to lift up to 20lbs without assistance and 30lbs with assistance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate a team, deliver quality results, and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to successfully perform all duties and responsibilities of this position
