JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
The Business Development Manager is the primary owner and execution lead for growth, launch, and commercial development across all current and future businesses within the Ultra Concepts Group of Companies.
This role exists to make things happen. The Business Development Manager is accountable for building, activating, and scaling businesses — particularly startup and early-stage entities — by directly driving sales, partnerships, operational readiness, and commercial momentum.
This is a hands-on, builder role with clear responsibility for converting strategy into execution and execution into revenue.
This role does not hold operational management authority over NMAC clinical or administrative staff.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITY
The Business Development Manager holds end-to-end accountability for growth and forward momentum across the UCG portfolio. Where a business is underdeveloped, stalled, or newly launched, this role is responsible for intervening, unblocking, and driving it into operational and revenue-generating status.
The Business Development Manager is personally accountable for direct revenue generation activities and may not delegate primary sales responsibility.
