The Role

We're looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused individual to join our People & Culture team.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll help support our employees through recruitment, onboarding, safety, communications, employee engagement, and a variety of administrative and operational projects that keep our company running smoothly.

The Bigger Picture

Your work helps create an exceptional employee experience while supporting our leaders, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring our People & Culture programs operate efficiently across all Kasko locations.

What You'll Do

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

• Coordinate training, safety meetings, and compliance tracking.

• Assist with benefits, payroll administration, and HR processes.

• Help manage employee communications, newsletters, and social media.

• Coordinate company housing, insurance records, and LMIA administration.

• Organize employee engagement initiatives and special projects.

• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.

What You Bring

• Administrative or HR experience (preferred)

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday business hours (flexible on days, minimum two days per week)

• Travel between Kasko locations required

This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
