As a Talent Acquisition – Operations Support & Maintenance, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and hiring individuals who align with our values and contribute to our success. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality outcomes even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By developing a deeper understanding of the business context, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate management and selection - Conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate alignment with organizational values - Engaging in campus placement activities to identify and recruit emerging talent - Coordinating recruitment events and job fairs to enhance employer branding - Analyzing recruitment data to inform strategic planning and improve hiring outcomes - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective talent acquisition - Embracing change and adapting recruitment strategies to align with market developments - Supporting faculty relations and employee referral programs to expand talent pools
What You Must Have
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Experience partnering in a Global team and working across functional teams with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Technology, and implementation teams to optimize recruiting processes. · Experience supporting the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including Workday Recruiting, Phenom or other CRM’s, and AI Job Description tools, through system administration, enhancement testing, issue resolution using ServiceNow (AC Hub), release validation, and ongoing optimization to improve recruiting operations and user experience. · Knowledge of Workday - Mass changes/updates using EIBs, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, data validation, and new entity implementations. · Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology to automate and streamline recruiting operations. · Experience leading user acceptance testing (UAT), validating system changes, and ensuring data integrity. · Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions. · Proven ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. · Experience mentoring or coaching team members while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. · Performing with a focused attention to detail, analyzing complex data, and articulating such findings and/or results in a clear, concise manner.
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm - Oral and written proficiency in English required
