About this role
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our high-tech R&D and engineering team, where you will develop cutting-edge solutions for the next generation of semiconductor equipment. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of top-tier engineers, pushing the boundaries of motion control accuracy, cost-of-goods, thermal stability, dynamic behavior, and mechanical robustness. What you will need
• Mechanical design of high-precision modules and systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
• Translate system requirements into robust mechanical concepts, detailed designs, and validated solutions.
• Develop, review, and support the team to create cost, mass and accuracy critical modules and parts.
• Perform complex analyses (e.g., FEM, thermal, vibration, dynamics) to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate closely with mechatronics, electronics, optics, and manufacturing engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement—in design quality, development processes, and product performance.
• Ensure your designs remain manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with industry standards.
What You Will Need
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the semiconductor, high-precision technology, robotics, or mechatronics industry.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or Creo, along with knowledge of simulation software.
• Solid understanding of precision engineering principles and mechanical design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach to engineering design and development.
• Passion for high-precision technology and working in a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment.
