About this role
Support and improve business processes and system operations related to SAP. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system usage, process standardization, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
• Support SAP system operations and resolve day-to-day system issues.
• Analyze and improve business processes related to procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements with IT.
• Provide user support and training for SAP modules.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare reports and analyze supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), or WM/EWM is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
