We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day business operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll support, invoicing, employee onboarding, and operational processes. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Process invoices accurately and within established timelines. • Assist with payroll processing by reviewing and updating employee information. • Track and monitor employee onboarding requirements, including background checks and required documentation. • Conduct onboarding audits to ensure all compliance requirements have been completed. • Maintain and update deposit tracking records. • Review operational records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary. • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational reports and documentation. • Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding payroll, invoicing, onboarding, and deposit-related matters. • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. • Perform additional administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably in one or more of the following: • Accounting or Accounts Payable • Payroll Administration • Employee Onboarding • Background Checks or Credentialing • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines. • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential employee and financial information.
