Join Fortrea and play a key role in advancing clinical research while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and data quality. This is a client-dedicated Unblinded CRA I role, supporting clinical trials where access to treatment assignment information is required. What you'll do:
• Monitor and manage clinical trial sites from start-up through closeout. • Conduct site visits, training, and ongoing support for study teams. • Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Review source data and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality. • Support audit readiness and issue resolution at site level. • Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to keep studies on track. • Travel to investigator sites as required. What we're looking for:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • At least 6 months of independent monitoring experience. • Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Fluent English and local language skills. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
