Job Title: Operations Manager - Insurance Job Description The Operations Manager I is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders. This position is also responsible for ensuring Client Service Level Agreement and financial expectations are achieved.Lead people. Drive performance. Make an impact. • Manage and inspire a team of Team Leaders across sales, customer service, and claims • Drive operational performance, service delivery, and client satisfaction Deliver results
• Monitor KPIs, client scorecards, attendance, adherence, and financial performance • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans that make a real difference Build strong teams
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders through regular one-to-ones and ongoing feedback • Create a positive, high-energy culture where people feel supported and motivated to succeed Partner for success
• Work closely with HR, Training, Quality, WFM, TA, and clients to continuously improve performance and deliver outstanding outcomes What you bring Proven experience
• At least 2 years’ experience as an Operations Manager • Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance and/or BPO • Financial Services call centre experience Strong leadership skills
• Experience leading leaders and managing high-performing operational teams • Ability to coach for performance, solve problems, and drive accountability A results-focused mindset
